1 cup salted or unsalted butter
(at room temperature)
½ tsp flaky salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Olives or capers
Cured sliced meats
Spread some soft butter on a wooden charcuterie board and apply it in swirls to add visual appeal.
Sprinkle some flaky sea salt on the butter if using unsalted butter.
Layer selected toppings of choice for a sweet or savoury mix, and serve with bread or crackers.
