DIRECTIONS
Use the rosemary sprigs to make a large circle on your board to help guide you as to where to place your ingredients.
To arrange the wreath, begin by placing the salami around the wreath; then placing little bowls of jam and chutney around the edges.
Start layering your diced and sliced cheeses in little piles around the board. Try to maintain a good contrast of colours and ingredients.
Arrange the rest of your cured meats around the board.
Fill the gaps with the fruits and nuts while making sure to mix the colours.
You can serve the crackers and bread either in the middle of the wreath or place them on the side.
