Unawatuna, a beach hamlet 5 km south of Galle Fort, isn’t the most obvious choice for an outstanding Mexican kitchen that doubles as a craft cocktail bar, but Norwegian-Sri Lankan owners Natasha Sand and Danushka Udayanga made it happen.
