KLAUS (2019)
An uplifting, animated Christmas movie that tells of the origin of Santa Claus. The film follows Jesper, a spoiled and self-absorbed postman, who is sent to the remote and gloomy island of Smeerensburg. His task is to establish a functioning postal service in the town but the bitter feud between two local families makes this seem impossible.
Jesper’s encounter with Klaus, a reclusive toy maker, changes everything. They begin delivering toys to the children of Smeerensburg together, spreading joy and uniting the town in the true spirit of Christmas.
Klaus is a tale of redemption, friendship and the magic of giving that reminds us of the power of kindness during the holiday season.
