Floral Grace at the Races
The Royal Turf Club in Nuwara Eliya organised a fashion show for the Mayor’s Cup races featuring outfits that were reminiscent of the British colonial era.
Floral chiffon and silks were used in this collection, and the fabric for some of the outfits was pleated in diverse ways. The hats were created to match each dress.
Kateryna’s long flared yellow and blue printed dress has fitting sleeves and a high neckline.
Sayuri is wearing a green floral dress with a long slit and peasant sleeves.
And Daria is modelling a knee-length light-blue floral dress.
Emilia is wearing a beige and pink silk dress with lantern sleeves.
