This luxury apartment at Cinnamon Life is designed for a tranquil lifestyle of elegance and refinement. It has incorporated the client’s requirements in line with how best the space can be utilised and enhanced. The concept was developed and detailed to achieve tastefully layered textural spaces possessing character, and providing visual delight. At the 36th level – and with views of the Indian Ocean and CIFC (Port City) – one may indulge in luxury, comfort and serenity. Since all apartments are compact, they need to be seamlessly elegant and functional. As such, the design process of this specific space has been intensive. The layout, colours, tones, textures, furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories had to blend harmoniously. The result is alluring perfection. The choice and quality of finishes are aimed at achieving depth and dimension – by contrasting soft and hard, and smooth and textured. Warm-toned wood exudes a sense of comfort while soft and tactile fabric textures create restful sensations. Base neutrals are elevated with a mix of glass and metal, which add a touch of lustre and refinement. Personalised furniture has been designed with quality and functionality in mind. The layering of different light sources imparts cosiness while creating different ambiences to suit one’s mood.
